The prerequisite for innovation is questioning, and the essence of sustainable innovation is to never stop questioning. For us, the innovation journey began with a question: "Why shouldn't value-added technology be produced in Türkiye?". We defined our mission as being a "New Generation Engineering" company. We produced the first domestically manufactured plate heat exchanger in Türkiye, and the MIT (Made In Turkey) brand was born. It made a big impact in the sector. The founding vision of MIT, which enabled us to be the first local manufacturer in Türkiye, is not to be a "local" alternative, but to build a brand of quality that can compete in the global market.

UMITTS is the North American brand and distribution organization of EKIN INDUSTRIAL and the MIT heat-transfer product line — bringing the same engineering quality to customers across the United States and Canada.

In working towards this goal, we also attach great importance to our R&D activities. The feedback on our ERP software has been very positive. We offer our users a space where they can see and manage the entire process, such as offers, invoices, warranty periods, selection programs, and more. Our products and processes have earned numerous national and international quality certificates such as ISO, TSE, CE, EAC, and more. This has made us a constantly evolving, self-questioning, and innovative company.

With our engineering approach that focuses on the process rather than the problem, we not only specialize in a product but also consider the entire ecosystem of that product. Producing high-quality products and being able to design the right product that meets the needs of the process are very important. Therefore, in addition to the plate heat exchanger, we have the capability to produce all the other components that will make up a system. To offer an end-to-end solution, we focus on the continuous development of our team of more than 100 engineers. With the services provided by our expert engineers, we not only offer a product but also a "solution" with our business development, pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services.

In our internationally approved quality organization, we offer complementary products and services such as plate heat exchangers, buffer and storage tanks that turn these exchangers into a system, boilers, industrial pumps, and plumbing materials.
